Knightsbridge Private Wealth was founded as an independent London based multi-family office by a former banker Katya Zhitskaya, who is the company’s Managing Director and sole shareholder.

Katya is a seasoned banker with significant experience in both law and finance. After graduating with Honours in International Financial and European Law from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations – one of the top universities in Russia, Katya then worked as a financial analyst and relationship manager in a credit brokerage boutique in Moscow.

In 2007, Katya accepted an offer from J.P. Morgan Investment Bank in London, where she worked on corporate finance and capital raising transactions covering financial institutions in the CEEMEA region. She then moved to J.P. Morgan Private Bank to cover the bank's Russian speaking Ultra High Net Worth clients.

In 2012, Katya left J.P. Morgan to later found Knightsbridge Private Wealth using the knowledge, network and experience that she had gained to provide bespoke service to her existing and future clients.

As a highly skilled migrant, while working for J.P. Morgan, Katya got her Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK and received her UK Passport within a year. From her own experience Katya knows the challenges faced by many individuals coming to live in the UK.

We take time to get to know our clients, not just financially, but personally.

Our first meeting will always be at our expense, where we will also explain how we work and the fees for our services before we start doing business together.

Our on-boarding procedures allow us to adapt effectively to clients from a diverse range of backgrounds. We will listen to understand what is important to you, what your current circumstances are, and what you want to achieve in the short and longer terms. We will then offer you an optimal solution that meets your specific requirements and ambitions while retaining flexibility and control.

TRANSPARENT FEE STRUCTURE

We make every effort to get the best solutions available on the market, therefore, we get paid by our clients and not by service providers.

The fee is based on the complexity of the task and the type of services included, and clients can pay based on a combination of ongoing and one-off charges (fixed annual support fee, hourly rate, percentage of savings generated, etc).

We will always discuss fees with you beforehand and make sure we are in full agreement prior to any work being undertaken.
